I’ve had a good experience reaching them by chat too. Just visit their website and you’ll find the option at the bottom right corner!

I prefer emailing. You can reach them at fordpass@ford.com. I’ve gotten quicker responses that way!

The 1-800 number is indeed the main one to call; they handle everything FordPass related.
