Hey! I found the FordPass Rewards phone number on their website. It’s 1-800-xxx-xxxx. When I called, I had to wait about 15 minutes, but the representative was really helpful!

I had a similar experience. They took around 20 minutes to pick up my call, but once they did, I felt they genuinely wanted to assist me. Great service overall!

I’ve tried reaching them twice. The longest I waited was 25 minutes, and honestly, I found the rep quite friendly but not very knowledgeable about some promotions.

For those looking for the number again, it’s on the app under Help. I called once and waited about 18 minutes to get help. They resolved my issue relatively quickly! Very pleased.
