Here’s what happened:

  • Check Engine Light: After using Cataclean, my check engine light came on. I never had any issues before, and it seems strange that it would trigger that warning so soon after using the product.
  • Performance Drop: I’ve noticed a decrease in my vehicle’s performance, particularly in acceleration. Could this be related to the cleaner?
  • Unusual Noises: There are some weird noises coming from the engine that I hadn’t heard before. It’s making me pretty worried.

Yes! My scanner flagged a P0301 code, which is for misfire in cylinder 1. Not sure what to do next.
