I’m curious about the hybrid battery warranties too! Many manufacturers offer different terms. For example, Toyota offers an 8-year/100,000-mile warranty. Has anyone had issues with it?

I’ve had my Toyota Prius for about 5 years, and the warranty has been solid. No issues so far, and I love the reliability!
What about Honda? I heard their warranties are comparable. Is it just as reliable as Toyota’s?

I think Honda offers 8 years/100,000 miles too. But some users have reported battery failures after the warranty expires. So, it’s a gamble.

I had a Honda Insight and had to replace the battery right after the warranty ended. Super frustrating! Not sure I’d recommend it based on my experience.
