Need Help Finding My ChargePoint Home Flex MAC Address

I had a hard time with this too! Maybe ChargePoint should consider adding a feature to show the MAC address right on the home screen. What do you think?

That’s a fantastic idea, nathan39! It would make things much simpler for users. A little less hunting around for info would be great!

I had trouble finding my ChargePoint MAC address too! It’s usually on the unit itself or in the app. Just make sure you check the correct network settings.

Totally agree! The app has a dedicated section for device info. It saved me a lot of guessing.

Just a heads up! If your MAC address is incorrect, it can cause connectivity issues. I had that problem when I first set mine up.

Ugh, yes! I was getting disconnected repeatedly until I fixed the MAC settings.

I know it sounds basic, but have you restarted your router? Sometimes connectivity issues resolve with a simple reboot.

Restarting the router worked for me too! But don’t forget to check if your device is actually connected to the right network afterward.

That’s a solid reminder, iadams. If you have a dual-band router, ensure your ChargePoint is on the 2.4GHz band; it often has better range.

I had a funny moment when I realized my ChargePoint was trying to connect to my neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead of mine. Make sure you’re in the right network!

Also, some users report that updating the firmware can solve connectivity issues. It’s worth checking if there’s an update available for your unit.
