I think the HUD can lag sometimes. Especially when I switch between apps. Is that common?

Yes! I’ve noticed that too, particularly when the GPS is recalculating. It’s frustrating!

I wonder if the lag is due to the updates they push regularly. Anyone consider downgrading to an earlier version?

That might make things worse! My friend tried that and ended up with worse performance. Just stick with updates for now.

Oh for sure! I usually disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth, that sometimes helps.

Yes, I looked it up once! You can do it in the settings under ‘Service’. But make sure to back up your data first!

I’ve been using a Model Y for a while, and I must say the HUD is quite intuitive. It’s not as feature-rich as the Model X, though. The Model X has a heads-up display that’s pretty engaging for navigation.

I totally agree, but personally, I find the simplicity of the Model Y’s HUD refreshing! It’s less distracting than the Model X.

Does anyone else think the HUD in the Model 3 is just as good as the Model Y? I feel like they both provide a very similar experience, but I prefer the larger screen in the Y.
