Best Touchless Car Washes in Orlando, FL?

I’ve heard the effectiveness can vary by location. Some places just spray water and soap without much power behind them. Anyone have specific recommendations in Orlando?

Totally agree! I went to one touchless wash last week, and my car still looked dirty afterward. I think it really depends on the quality of the equipment used at each location.

I love how touchless washes prevent scratches! They’re much safer for my car’s finish, and I don’t have to worry about those brushes that can trap dirt. Definitely my #1 choice!

Exactly! But at the same time, I’ve heard they’re not as effective on really muddy cars. Anyone else tested that theory?

I’ve actually tested that! After a really muddy drive, I went to a touchless wash, and it performed… kind of okay. The rinse didn’t get everything. Might just be worth it to scrub off the worst first!

True! Maybe I’ll just start washing the worst bits by hand before hitting a touchless wash. Just saves me time!

Touchless is great, but it can be hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like just an old-fashioned hand wash does a better job. Have you guys ever compared them side by side?

Side by side comparisons are the way to go! I did that last month. The hand wash definitely got everything, but the touchless was quicker. Trade-offs, I guess!

I’m all for supporting local businesses! If they offer touchless washes, even better. Just checked Yelp for reviews on local options!

I never realized how environmental concerns would shape my car wash choices. Have you thought about how detergent chemicals impact our water supply after it all runs off? Just something to consider!

Touchless car washes can save a lot of water; however, I fear the chemicals still come into play. But hey, makes my car shiny without manual labor. I’m torn!

I’ve been to a couple of touchless car washes in Orlando, and I found that they’re great for maintaining the finish on my car. One tip: make sure to rinse off any loose dirt before going in, so it doesn’t scratch the paint.

I totally agree! I learned the hard way that pre-rinsing is key, especially after a long drive through dusty areas.

I’ve tried various places, and I’d recommend the one on Orange Blossom Trail. They have great water pressure and the spot-free rinse really makes a difference!

Thanks for the recommendation, @kristinaweber! I’ll have to check that out. Do they offer any special services like wax or tire shine?

Yes! I think they do have add-ons like wax and tire shine. I usually go for the wax for extra protection, especially with Orlando’s sun exposure.

That’s a great tip, @andremann! After a wash, I like to use a microfiber towel to wipe any spots. It keeps the shine longer.

I’ve had mixed experiences with touchless washes. Some leave fewer spots while others do a mediocre job. It varies widely, so choose wisely!

That’s so true. It’s trial and error! But when you find a good one, stick with it.

What do you all do to maintain your car after a wash? I’ve been using a spray wax and that’s helped with the shine and protection.
