Anyone Tried Kwik Fit's Full Service? Looking for Reviews!

They didn’t push any extras on me, just mentioned checking the brakes may be good in the future. I liked their approach — no pressure!

I’m curious about their pricing. Is the full service worth the cost compared to doing things individually?

I think it’s worth it! The convenience of having everything done at once is fantastic, plus it saves time. I’ve never had issues with their service.

Totally agree! A few hours at Kwik Fit is easier than juggling appointments everywhere else.

Funny you should mention juggling appointments; I feel like I’m in a circus sometimes! But Kwik Fit really helped streamline things for me.

I understand your concern, but I found their inspections quite detailed. They even topped off fluids during my visit!

To each their own, I guess. I just had a bad experience with them a year ago. They missed a major issue that led to a costly repair later on.

I recently had a Full Service at Kwik Fit and was impressed with the customer support! Booking was super easy online, and they communicated clearly about what my car needed. Highly recommend!

I had a decent experience, but I did find their response time to my inquiries a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get an answer.

I agree, @fwolf. I felt the same. It seemed like they were busy, which slowed down their responsiveness. The service itself was fine though.

Not particularly. They briefly explained things, but I had to ask for more info. It’s nice to be more informed!

I think it varies by branch. I had a super informative interaction with mine! They were great about explaining everything in detail.

That sounds lucky, @billy23! I wish mine had been as clear. Just remember, sometimes they can be swamped with work! Nobody’s perfect.

I had a smooth registration but my experience with service follow-up was too lacking for my liking. Gave them feedback but didn’t hear back. Disappointing!
