3M tends to be a bit more forgiving during installation. XPEL’s material can be more challenging, but both materials have their unique advantages once installed.

3M usually offers a lifetime warranty, while XPEL XR Plus has around 10 years. Both are solid choices depending on your priorities, but I liked the lifetime aspect of 3M.
